Bruce Wayne’s Bat Cave in Singapore

For this one bedder in the Central Business District, WE. WENT. ALL. OUT. TO. BE. BOLD. AND. DRAMA. MAMA… NO HOLDS BARRED.

The brief given to us was to design something like the gentlemen’s club bar house we did for our other project. But of course we didn’t replicate the look because it wouldn’t be fair to our other Client. Everyone’s unique in his own way and our job as a designer is to celebrate that. For this home, we tailored it to fit my client’s personality to a T – the good looks, the flamboyance, the air of sophistication etc. The result – Dark, regal, bold and sexy.

Client’s Testimonial:

”When I was looking around for an interior designer, I have to ask myself this question: what is the value of hiring an interior designer? Is it just coordination or is it space planning or because I have no idea how to do this. I thought about it and told myself, the purpose of hiring an interior designer is the DESIGN. Mind you, not some cookie cutter design that I see in every house, but mind-blowingly different. I have a unique personality and I definitely want my house to reflect that part of me. I wanted different, I wanted crazy and I didn’t want to interfere in the creative process and let the designer have full creative control. I chanced upon Carmen’s projects and I immediately knew she was the only one that could give me DIFFERENT and CRAZY. Atlas, she blew me away with her first draft. I still remember the day she showed me the design. I asked for no changes and gave her full control of how she wanted the house to look like and the changes that were made along the way. She did the full package: design, coordination, sourcing, styling and down to the details of buying the toilet paper and wine bucket to complete the look. I don’t have to say how great it looks and how satisfied I am at the end of the day, the work speaks for itself. Carmen, you are a interior designer with a gift. Never stop doing what you are doing.”
