Scandi with Character

“Scandi with black accent” was the design brief. It was a welcomed brief as a little black accent to punch up a space always adds a ton of character. But this is a home for a family of 5 after all so the design had to be little family-friendly and not go too hardcore with the black.

The strategy was then to give the space character despite its compact size and create additional storage space for the growing family’s needs without encroaching on their living space.
